Course Overview: In this hands-on class, students will learn the art of customizing wigs to fit their unique needs and preferences. From basic styling to advanced techniques, students will master the skills needed to create their own custom wigs. Class Outline: 8 Modules covering from basic to more advanced styling Prerequisites: • None, but prior experience with wig styling or cosmetology is recommended. Materials Needed: • Wigs or wig caps (for practice) • Basic styling tools (e.g. brush, comb, scissors, etc.) • Advanced styling tools (e.g. heat styling tools, etc.) • Color changing products (e.g. dye, spray, etc.) • Hairspray and other finishing products Course Format: The course will be taught in a hands-on, workshop-style format. Students will work on their own wigs or wig caps throughout the course, guided by the instructor. Duration: The course will be approximately 8 hours long, divided into 2-3 day sessions. Certification: Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion in Wig Customizing. certification is recognised by CPD.
